With 25+ years in business leadership and firsthand experience as an entrepreneur, Vincent deeply understands the precise tax and bookkeeping needs of small business owners. As Partner, he guides the firm's client relationships and service approach, making sure every engagement is practical, responsive, and focused on what helps owners run and grow their businesses. Having faced the same challenges as the clients NetFintax serves, he believes good accounting should give owners clarity and confidence — not more paperwork.

We work with small business owners, most of our clients are S-corporations/C-corporation/LLC or partnerships. We help them achieve best tax results through proactive tax planning strategies and serving as year-round support and guidance. We also work with many Real Estate investors across various states dealing in real estate - long term, short term, builders, construction companies, contractors.
